Over his career, he has advised on hundreds of domestic and cross-border transactions while helping investment firms strengthen their reputation, communicate with investors, and navigate complex situations. Before joining Edelman Smithfield, Lex was a Managing Director at Abernathy MacGregor and previously held strategy and client service leadership roles at Havas across New York, Paris, and London. He earned his MBA from Harvard Business School.
